    This piece of legislation would require the West Virginia State Police to update the sex offender registry every fifteen days. Due to existing limited resources, this would require the addition of three office staff employees at a total estimated cost of $130,974.00.

    Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs.     The above estimates reflect the cost of three Office Assistant III positions with benefits. For FY2020 there would be the additional cost of a work station for each of the employees.
